My fianc has endometriosis and is currently taking birth control as a means to reduce pain and the heavy flow she has. will this impact our ability to conceive? also, how would i know if i dont have any fertility issues?

Possibly: endometriosis can cause infertility, but not always: depends on severity and location. I suggest GYN evaluation.
