Unclear: The lauded radiologist, whoever it was that issued the report, is uncertain as to whether a nodule was found in the lung, or if there was a confounding shadow from a vessel. That is why he/she recommends a repeat of the exam (X-ray) in 3 months. A malignant nodule would get bigger. A stable appearance suggests a benign anomaly or artifact. Without seeing the actual film, nothing more can be said.
