Limited evidence: Your best bet is to continue trials including some of the older drugs like tricyclics or nonSSRI such as bupropion, mirtazapine, etc. There are some alternatives such as SAMe and St. John's Wort but due to the lack of regulation (and unscrupulous businesses) you have no idea of knowing what you're getting in a bottle. Consider a thorough medical exam to see if other tx might help (hormone, etc).
