Bladder pressure: There are times when a person could have this sensation plus urgency to urinate. If there is no infection (confirmed by tests) then it could be do to non-specific irritation. However, when you have pelvic pain there is no simple answer. You need to have a medical evaluation right away. Blood tests, and possibly CT scan would be ordered. Take care.

See urologist: Could be irritable bladder, infection, cystitis. You need to be evaluated rather than attempting to treat this your self. Treatment for the correct diagnosis works best! And then, preventing reoccurrence is possible.
