Vague: This is a very vague complaint. What do you mean by "heat coming out"? And what part of your leg? Is there any change in the color of the skin over the leg? Is it swollen? Can someone else see a difference between the two legs, or is just something that you feel? There are many possibilities, but doctors will need to know any associated symptom(s) and the nature of onset to narrow down the cause.

Heat =inflammation: Heat may be indicative of inflammation. If its associated with calf pain may indicate a blood clot in which case go to er or get a venous doppler. Otherwise if not try icing it and if it doesn't go away see physician for a medical exam to diagnosis.
