A member asked:

I had a deep gash in the upper lip and extends inwards to the cheeks from inside, is there any unpainful way to clean my teeth?

Gently: Gently wipe teeth with a moistened cloth twice daily. Important, however, that you have the gash evaluated and, if necessary, treated. Please see an Oral Surgeon to reduce risk of scarring and infection.

Deep Gash: Have you seen an oral surgeon to have that wound evaluated and possibly sutured? If not, you should. Unless you can avoid hitting that area with the back of your toothbrush, it is going to hurt. All the best....
