I had ringworm on groin. lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra was used. ringworm is faded. however red bumps appeared on groin, been there 4 days, could this be herpes?

Red bumps : It may be recurrent ringworm. Herpes is painful and the bumps will eventually look like ulcers/blisters. If they are painless, you can try Lamisil (terbinafine) over the counter or a prescription antifungal for ringworm. If you suspect herpes, abstain from sex and consult with a physician.
