Since i was a kid, the water usually get inside my ears every time i went swimming which gives me discomfort, is my ear normal?

Yes: Everyone can get water in their ears while bathing or swimming. Most of the time, it drains out on its own by tilting your head & perhaps rapping your noggin once or twice.
