Everytime my daughter goes swimming she gets water in her ears. we try everything to get it out but it won't come out. what should i do?

Water in ears: Everyone gets water in the ears. If your daughter's eardrums are ok, then simple pressure against the ear should get most of it out. The rest will passively come out. There is no need to recur to any exhausting measures to get it out.
