I ovulate on my own but not frequent. after clomid, (clomiphene) my cycles got worse & bbt is significant lower, before clomid, (clomiphene) bbt was normal. why ?

Ovulation testing: Basal body temperature measurements are not very reliable. Typically we don’t use them in patients who are using Clomid (clomiphene). The more accurate test is a midluteal phase Progesterone test. This is done by blood and is used to determine if Clomid (clomiphene) is triggering ovulation or not.
