Was taking 300mg of lithium, now taking 450mg, 2nd day & feel dizzy when i move my eyes or move very much, and sometimes short of breath. suggestions?

Lab test: Lithium is easily assessed and a laboratory level can show if your dose is too high. I suspect early Lithium toxicity and this may well need medication adjustment. Contact your doctor.
