Can your intestines feel "sore"? that area feels sore and tender, especially when pressed. normal ct scan just last week.

If you have: an inflammatory or obstructive bowel process, it can cause pain. Usually other symptoms are involved. Since you just had a normal CT, however, this would seem unlikely.
