Yes and No: If both legs are swollen equally this is fairly normal during pregnancy. However, if one leg is swollen more than the other you should see a doctor as soon as possible. It may be that you have a DVT (Deep Venous Thrombosis) which can be quite dangerous and even fatal if left untreated.
