Probably OK: Not uncommon to have residual lymph node following acute sore throat which should reduce over time. Tonsil bump may be remaining area of swelling or residual debris in the tonsil causing local inflammation which again should improve. Keep an eye on them and followup with ENT if concerned.

Yes: Swollen lymph nodes are common following strep infections and this should resolve in the near future. If it does not go back and see your ENT doctor.

With more time issue: After a round of strep throat your tonsils and lymph nodes may be swollen for a while. With time these symptoms may improve. I often request my patients to use a mixture of hydrogen peroxide, water and mouthwash in equal parts to gargle and rinse the mouth and throat to assist in clearing up residual infection.

Probably ok: Probably ok. May have some residual lymph drainage after strep. If it does not resolve in 2 weeks, go back to ent.
