Yes,but: Both medications affect your platelets. So you will be more likely to bleed if you get injured. Platelets function to form blood clots which stops bleeding.

Caution: Aspirin and Celexa may raise the risk of bleeding; if you are just using the daily baby dose aspirin, this should be fine. I would not use Aspirin for pain relief though; opt for tylenol (acetaminophen) instead, if possible.
