Normal: This is a completely normal TSH. The free T4 was not done because the TSH was normal indicating normal thyroid function and the FT4 is not indicated. There are some rare circumstances when you would do both, and not just the reflex, but in general a normal screening TSH means normal thyroid function. Anything else would specifically being looked for and thyroid testing can rarely be complicated.
