High normal..: a number around 2.5 is normal normal.

Get a full panel.: In isolation, that number would suggest that your thyroid function is quite normal. But it's just one number, and I don't know if you're having any symptoms even referable to thyroid disease. You need to get a full thyroid panel to really see the entire hormonal axis, though, to put this individual number in its appropriate context.

Normal, but...: THIS IS A NORMAL THYROID SCREENING TESTS. There are rare diseases thyroid that can happen with an normal normal TSH, but you would have symptoms of thyroid disease or other evidence of central hypothyroidism or thyroiditis in a "euthyroid phase," which would be rare and require much more history. If there is ongoing concern see an endocrinologist. IF YOU GENERALLY FEEL WELL GREAT, IT IS NORMAL!
