Sure: There are many women who are pregnant and do not suffer the common complaints of others during the first trimester. The lack of negative symptoms can not be used to predict the outcome of a pregnancy. If you are pregnant and have been seen an evaluated by a doctor confirming a normal pregnancy then enjoy the lack of negative symptoms
