I have pcos, for months i've been having almost daily vaginal spotting along with severe! daily abdominal/pelvic pain, tests normal, what could it be?

Normal U/S: If your gyne did a pelvic ultrasound and examined you but symptoms are not related to your pcos, lower abdominal/pelvic painful can have other causes that are GI or urological. Please see your primary care doctor to evaluate other causes.
