Swollen what?: If you are talking about a lymph node, this is almost never normal. If the bone itself is "swollen", is it possibly you have broken it at some time? It is on the opposite side, but do you have a diagnosis for the sinus/cheek pain? Are there other swollen nodes in the neck, jaw, or armpit for example? You should probably be seen by someone who can evaluate all of this. Good luck!
