See GYN: Your gyn will have to assess you, do an ultrasound and ensure you dont have any polyps, or any unusual endometrial thickening. They will also be able to prescribe a treatment appropriate for you. It may include medications or surgery. It is common for women to have abnormal bleeding as they approach menopause.
