A member asked:

I've always had small breasts but now after weaning my son, they've become almost non existent! is this a permanent change? i'm embarrassed almost.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Post breast feeding: Unfortunately, in your circumstance, the post breast feeding involution has taken up most of the fat in the breast and left minimal glandular tissue. This may be a permanent change unless another pregnancy is in the offing with partial breast fat restoration. At age 37, the pre teen "tissues in the bra" trick is passe', but a good plastic surgeon can help immensely.
