Chlamydia Treatment: ...takes at least seven days after the last dose to be a cure. I always tell my patients to use condoms for at least 2 weeks after treatment. And how are you so sure that anyone is "clean"? You really need to use condoms every single time. You do not want to keep contracting and treating chlamydia over and over.
