How was it diagnosed: The incidence of true hypoglycemia in younger people is actually quite small. Was it actually diagnosed by measuring your blood sugar level? If so then you should see an endocrinologist. If not then i would contact your primary care doctor for a checkup.

This may be wake up call to eat 6 equal meals a day avoiding sugar, dairy, wheat and processed foods and eating fresh vegetables, fruit, and high quality proteins and fats. Take time to breathe and relax and walk and do resistive exercises to build muscles. If not much better see your doctor for further evaluation.
