Exact prior measurements unknown but seems like im standing 3 in taller @ 39.did arm/leg tingle, dizzy from herniated disks, mri, neuro exams cause it?

A good feeling: It's usually a good feeling to seem to be standing 3 inches taller. On the other hand, it's not a good feeling to be standing 3 inches shorter. Good posture can make one feel taller. Confidence can do it. High heels can do it. Being around shorter people can do it. Lower ceilings can do it. Of course one's official height is not taller, as growth has finished by the late teen or early adult years.
