Mixed messages: Yeast infections don't usually cause colored vaginal discharge (green, yellow, etc). Main yeast symptoms are itching, irritation, scant white discharge. Color suggests infections like STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas) if at risk; or bacterial vaginosis, especially if you also have strong odor. You could have yeast plus other. Recheck with your doctor and request STD testing to be safe.
