I have had lower abdominal pain for the past month, because of a uti. now he says its caused by subserous leiomyoma of uterus, what can i do?

Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain can be caused by both. Take any prescribed medication for the UTI. Have your pelvic organs evaluated by ultrasound for the presence, size and location of the fibroid.
