Yes: If you not dizzy or lightheaded, your pcp can advise you further. Modest elevation in alt is ok if you aren't having jaundice. If in the hundreds, your doctor might stop statin and monitor. Modest drop in HGB and hct explained by nosebleed. If it returns to normal over next 1-2 months, you should be fine. Your doctor may consider switching xarelto if nosebleeds persist. Good luck.

Partially! : Generally, cardiologists are not going to take you off of blood thinners. It sounds crude, but it is easier to just replace blood you would lose from bleeding than to take you off blood thinners and clot off a vital organ (heart or brain). Some cardiologists like to be in charge of the statin, in which case that could cause the elevated alt. If your pcp prescribes the statin, see your pcp.
