Infection : It depends what kind of immune problem you have . Mostly it is okay to house service if you do not get infection contacts there.

Not necessarily: I assume you are referring to a tendency to get frequent colds. Most cold viruses are spread by hand contact with the the person, or with contaminated environmental surfaces they have touched, or by being in proximity to virus particles spread by coughing. This can happen any time you are near people, regardless of wether indoors or outdoors.
