A member asked:

I have seen a neurologist for three years for migraines around my menstrual cycle. i am now getting a slight headache when i lay down. mri?

Recommend: Would telephone your physician and notify about this change in your headache pattern, but does not sound alarming, and may only represent a minor alteration in your usual pattern. Would only suggest MRI, if your neurological exam exhibited abnormalities, or these headaches failed to respond to your neurologist's remedies.
