Probably not: It doesn't sound like your symptoms are an emergency or require urgent attention, however I would try to get in to see your Dr this week. If your Dr is too busy to see you, then seek out an urgent car, because it would be important to verify if your rash is candida or not and to rule out a sinus infection.
