Different types: There are a number of different corneal dystrophies. Symptoms range from nothing at all to hazy, foggy or cloudy vision that may fluctuate from day to day or morning to evening. Some corneal dystrophies may also have irritation related to erosions of the corneal surface.

Depends : The most common symptom would be a variable blur of sight, but when drying conditions occur, those dystrophies that have elevated cells can also produce itch and watering.
