Schnyder crystalline corneal dystrophy--do you have any experience with the disease?

Yes: This is a rare corneal dystrophy. Patients with the disease have abnormal metabolism of cholesterol. The cholesterol and other fatty substances are deposited in the cornea causing it to lose transparency. In some cases, this may result in the need for a corneal transplant.
