Fuchs Dystrophy: Or corneal endothelial dystrophy is an inherited disorder of the cells the line the inside of the cornea causing them to die over time. These cells constantly pump water out of the cornea and when a significant amount are absent, the cornea becomes swollen. This causes blurry vision.
