Gilbert Syndrome: Gilbert syndrome, constitutional hepatic dysfunction or known as familial nonhemolytic jaundice, it is inherited disorder of the liver. It results in an overabundance of a substance known as bilirubin. Some people develop yellowing of the skin or eyes, but many have no symptoms at all. Gilbert syndrome is not dangerous and does not cause long-term problems, it is not necessary to treat Gilbert syndrome.

No: The worst that will happen to you is mild jaundice, which will occur periodically. it may decrease your risk of heart disease though. Overall, it might be a good thing. Hope that helps.
