Do nothing: I'm going to assume this is gilbert's and that you do not also have ongoing hemolysis; your physician can tell. The best thing to do for gilbert's is nothing. Phenobarbital will lower the lab, doing you no good and making you chronically tired. A few people with a relatively more rough gilbert's allele do have some troubles; a gastroenterologist knows how to help.
