Red tearing eye: from your symptoms you may be suffering from ocular allergies or perhaps episcleritis (an inflammation of one of the coats of the eye). try an over the counter allergy eye drop like Zaditor (ketotifen) or Alaway one drop 2 x day for the next few days. If things do not improve then please get an eye exam.
