Only as sashimi.: You'll probably not be able to remove the poison. At best, you can destabilize it's chemical structure by soaking it in as hot as you can stand water for an hour. This will break down the poison and help with the pain. You can try to remove larger pieces of the spines with tweezers. To remove the small elements, apply shaving cream and do a slow shave of the area. Even then, you may to be seen.
