9 month baby moves her legs a lot specially when trying to sleep with me and she is like she wants to be too close or she has leg pain.is it ok

Kids move: For one thing, get baby out of your bed. We loose kids every year to suffocation during co-sleeping. It is not common but you would hate yourself forever if it happens. Babies also move in their sleep, alerting partially after the first 3 hrs and about every 45min/1hr thereafter. If you want better sleep, wean her to a crib.
