Chest symptoms: These chest symptoms may be related to esophageal spasm or irritation/inflammation. However itching,tingling,and coldness are not typical of esophageal disorders. They would be more characteristic of irritability of superficial nerves or muscles in the chest wall or possibly anxiety. I think the neurological consultation is worthwhile.
