Possibly: The therapeutic effects of Ashwaganda like most supplements is not as well known as medications regulated by the FDA and potency may differ from one source to another. It has been suggested to help with anxiety but may cause nausea or even vomiting. It should not be used with immune suppressants, thyroid medications, or any sedatives including benzodiazepines
