5 HTP: is used as a natural anti-depressant, not for anxiety. Utilize some mind body approaches to anxiety such as clinical hypnosis (see www.asch.net for licensed referrals), biofeedback, psychotherapy. See www.relaxationresponse.org for a self-help technique also. Peace and good health.
