Doubt STD, but...: These symptoms almost certainly have nothing to do with your recent sexual exposure. That said, "unprotected" and your selection of STD among your topic tags, show you are worried this was a high risk exposure. Therefore, you definitely should see a doctor for exam and testing. But not because of these particular symptoms.
