I have 2 small bumps next to my right tonsil (which is also swollen) and i have a sore throat when i swallow. the bumps r bead sized what could it be?

Tonsillitis: An infection of the tonsil seems likely. The beads may be pus. You should be seen and possibly treated with antibiotics, especially if you have a fever or headache. Meanwhile, take as much vitamin C as your body can tolerate (up to 1 gm every hour while awake ) but stop if you get diarrhea. If it's viral, this might stop it. Good luck.
