Drug interactions: there are none between accutane and azithromycin . There is a minor one between azithromycin and diflucan (fluconazole) but I suspect the diflucan (fluconazole) is a one time dose med for you. I don't see any major issues with this combination. If however you want to be absolutely sure - hold the accutane while on the azithromycin and diflucan (fluconazole)

Small: Accutane does not interact with either of these medications. There is a slight risk of the Zithromax and Diflucan (fluconazole) interacting, but it is low in someone young like yourself, and if those two medications were prescribed by the same doctor, it is not worth questioning. If they were prescribed by two separate doctors, alert them to determine whether they wish to have you take both.
