Unusual. Migraine?: That is an unusual complaint to say the least. Could it be from your diet? I get a painful twitch when eating sour lemons, for intance. If not, I would think about migraine variants & a condition called tic doulereux, which is hypersensitvity of the facial nerve (cranial nerve 7.
