Bump: if a week of amoxicillin hasn't resolved issue needs to be seen about, could just be a tophi, mayh be sebaceous cyst.

Needs to be seen: Call your PCP for an appointment. It's too far away from your mouth to be related to a tooth, and even if it was related to a tooth, your self medication would not resolve your problem.
