Zoloft, (sertraline) Stress: Zoloft (sertraline) is used to treat Depression and Anxiety. Somnolence (sleepiness) can be a side effect of Zoloft (sertraline). You may be feeling overwhelmed with stress, feeling exhausted, not needing Zoloft (sertraline), or sensitive to Zoloft (sertraline). These can cause sleepiness. Do following to decrease use of Zoloft (sertraline): • Therapy • Breathing and Music Relaxation • Visual Imagery of National Parks • Meditation • Tai Chi
