Will zoloft (sertraline) help me sleep?

No: At least in my clinical experience it is rarely if ever sedating. Having said that however, once it takes care of your anxiety or depression then your sleep may normalize. It is simply not a sedative hypnotic medication that can be used as needed. Best wishes.
