Don't know your: diagnoses? Insomnia can occur with zoloft (sertraline) but you shouldn't have NO sleep. Do you have bipolar spectrum disorder? Please let you physician / psychiatrist know asap if you have stopped sleeping.

Do more: Zoloft (sertraline) is not sleep med, sleep usually is based on demand, if no sleep > 2 - 3 days ask for sleeping pill from ut MD.
